With Jim as CEO, Ingredion has been on a steady path to transition itself from a commodity company to a more consistent, value-added ingredient company, while at the same time, aggressively reducing costs, optimizing its network and navigating the ever-evolving landscape.
And importantly, in 3 years, Ingredion will drive more than 55% of its profit from specialty products. We've also been laser-focused on return on capital, improving processes and cash generation. Again, I can't express my gratitude for you being with us today.
