Okay. Thanks for joining us this afternoon. My name's Andrew Breichmanas. I'm a Research Analyst with Stifel in London. Thanks for joining us for what I think is going to be an interesting session featuring a group of top-tier silver and gold producers.
Our first speaker this afternoon is Phil Baker, President and CEO of Hecla Mining. During his 22 years with Hecla, the 132-year-old company has transformed into one with long-lived low cost mines, large land positions and the North America's focus.
