And so, Kevin, thanks. I thought we might start -- you disclosed on Raycom a couple of months ago. Wondering, if we can maybe just start at a high level, how you think Gray is now positioned perhaps relative to Gray 3D own and how the integration is progressing?

Right. So Gray, we're very proud of Gray. Before the transition, we reached over more than 10% of the U.S. We have consistently had the highest margins in the business, apparently the highest retrans rates in the business. We have the most efficient stations in the business. So all that data is really good and flattering. We had Raycom and, by definition all those numbers come down because we're #1 and we have to -- it comes down when you merge with someone who has a lower number. Our challenge
