Good morning, and thank you for joining us. As you saw this morning, our Board of Directors has unanimously determined that Barrick's unsolicited hostile all-stock proposal to acquire Newmont is not in the best interests of Newmont's shareholders.

Turning to Slide 4. We have summarized some of the factors that informed our Board's unanimous determination that Barrick's proposal is not in the best interest of Newmont's shareholders and that it is inferior to the Goldcorp transaction.
