Thank you. Good morning, everyone. On behalf of the Board of Directors and management, I would like to welcome you to this Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Once again, this year, our AGM is being held by audio webcast. As usual, it will be conducted in French and in English and simultaneous translation is also available. The webcast platform allow participants to attend the meeting virtually for shareholders to ask questions, and for registered shareholders and duly appointed proxies to vote at the meeting if they haven't done so in advance.
