Good morning, everyone. And actually hi from China. I'm here with the team in the airport in China. And I'm Henrik Fisker CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fisker Inc., and welcome to the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which I will now call to order. I'd like to introduce the other members of the Fisker Board of Directors: Dr. Geeta Fisker, CFO and COO of Fisker; Nadine Watt; Wendy Greuel; Mark Hickson, Bill McDermott, Rod Randall and Mitch Zuklie. Also present are representatives from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, our independent public accounting firm; and Christel Pauli of American Election Services will act as the inspector of elections of this meeting and has executed an oath of the Inspector of elections.
