Good morning, everyone, and welcome to an in-person CEMEX Day 2022. So I think we can all be thankful for that. Today's event is being webcast. So I'd like to review a few housekeeping issues for attendees before we move into the webcast session.
The exits are in the back of the room. And for your safety, please look around and locate the nearest exit. We are trying to keep to a pretty tight schedule today and yet, still provide time for everyone to interact with management on a more casual basis.
