Good morning. My name is Theresa Chen. I'm one of the equities analyst here at Barclays covering refining and midstream. Our next presenting company is CVR Energy. CVR Energy is a petroleum refining and nitrogen-based fertilizer company. It has 2 (inaudible) continent refinery strategically located near Cushing (inaudible) with a combined capacity of 207,000 barrels per day. CVR Energy also operates 2 fertilizer manufacturing facilities serving the Southern Plains and Corn Belt.
