Great. So we're going to get started. I'm very happy to have Coty with us this morning after a few year hiatus from coming to our conference. So we have Alexis Vaganay, the company's -- the Chief Commercial Officer of Consumer Beauty; and Stefano Curti, the Chief Brand Officer of Consumer Beauty.
