Why don't we start off with you -- you can make some introductory remarks and then we can begin. I'll just give you the heads up. My first question would just be, why don't we talk about 2020 results again, just looking at -- going into the future, the -- what you're doing with sales, sales growth, increasing the number of states that you're looking at now? What's changing in that sales landscape that you're seeing right now?
