Well, thank you, and good morning. I'm Dennis Vermillion, President and CEO of Avista. Welcome to Avista's 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, and thank you for joining us this morning. This is the first time we've held our annual meeting in an all virtual format. Due to the public health and safety concerns of COVID-19, we are utilizing this format today with audio only. We strive to make this meeting as inclusive as possible by offering our shareholders the same opportunity to participate as during our past in-person meetings.
