All right. Good morning, everyone. Let's get started. This is Craig Siegenthaler from Crédit Suisse, and it's my pleasure to introduce Tom Wojcik from AMG. Tom is AMG's CFO and responsible for Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations and Capital Management. He joined AMG in 2019 from BlackRock, where he was the firm's CFO for its EMEA Division, Head of EMEA's Strategy and Global Head of Investor Relations.
