William Michael Reuter - BofA Merrill Lynch, Research Division - MDWell, I guess, maybe because you have recently announced an acquisition that is somewhat transformative, maybe we could start there because it is a shift in direction about how you thought about the acquisition. The headline read a strategic shift towards consumer products. So maybe this implies that there's a larger change afoot. So maybe speak to that topic?
