Good morning. My name is Will Sumas, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Vice President of Village. On behalf of the entire Board, our officers and employees, I would like to welcome you to the village supermarket 2022 Annual Shareholders Meeting and thank you for attending. We are pleased to conduct our annual meeting virtually again this year. Before we start on the formal business of the meeting, I want to recognize our associates for their ongoing efforts to serve our customers and communities.
These past few years have been a challenging time for us. We continue to work through a challenging price environment, inflationary pressures, a tight labor market and the lingering effects of the pandemic.
