Maybe we just start with just a couple of minute overview from you on who Target is.

Look, it's a great question. Happy to be here. I see some familiar faces, which is great. So Target Hospitality is a super unique story. It's frankly a story that doesn't have many competitors. It's a story that generates a lot of cash. It is effectively a remote hospitality business.
And what we do is provide full turnkey modular accommodations in many places that are not overly hospitable, places that don't have a lot of infrastructure.
