Good afternoon, everybody. I'm Brian Bittner, the restaurant analyst at Oppenheimer. And again, welcome to our 2023 Consumer Conference. We're thrilled to have the ONE Group back at our conference this year.
The ONE Group is a global hospitality company that develops and operates upscale, high-energy restaurants as it aims to be a global leader in Vibe Dining. Its primary brands are STK, which I think everybody knows as a very energetic upscale American steakhouse, as well as Kona Grill which is a polished, casual, bar-centric grill with award-winning sushi.
Both STK and Kona Grill each have about 25 unites today, and the company also has a high-margin food and beverage hospitality services business that develops, manages, and operates restaurants within high-end hotels and casinos. And when you put it all together, the ONE Group has an established platform to scale and drive attractive, long-term revenue and EBITDA.
