Good morning, everyone. I'd like to welcome you to the 2020 Stockholders Meeting for Sientra. I'm Jeffrey Nugent, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. I hope that everyone attending the meeting today is safe and healthy. We have decided to hold this meeting virtually this year due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19.
Before I call the meeting to order, I'd like to introduce to you the members of the management team, who are on the line with us today: Paul Little, our Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer; and Oliver Bennett, our General Counsel, Vice President of Compliance and Legal and Corporate Secretary.
