Thank you. It is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2020 Southside Bancshares Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I will be presiding over the annual meeting, as appointed by the Board of Directors.
As you know, we traditionally hold our annual meeting in person. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure everyone's health and safety, this year's meeting is being held virtually. While this pandemic has caused disruption and change to our economy, our communities and our daily lives, Southside is proud to say one thing that has not changed is our commitment to serve and support our customers, communities, employees and shareholders as we navigate this unprecedented time.
