Good morning, and welcome to NanoString's 2020 Annual General Meeting of Stockholders. My name is Bill Young, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of NanoString Technologies, I'll be presiding over this meeting. It's now 9:00 a.m., and the meeting is officially called to order. Brad Gray, President and Chief Executive Officer, will also preside over portions of the meeting.
