Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Julie Phillips, and I am the Chairperson of the Board of Neptune Wellness Solutions Inc. It is a pleasure to welcome you to this virtual Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Neptune, accessible through the platform to all our shareholders regardless of physical location and allowing them to participate, submit questions and vote at this meeting.
The Annual Meeting of Shareholders will now come to order.
