I'm really pleased to introduce our next speaker from LPL Financial, Matt Audette. Matt, CFO of LPL since joining in 2015. He's really been instrumental in that transformation from a low single-digit organic grower to really posting best-in-class organic growth amongst all the public and private comps that we track. He was -- prior to that, he served as CFO of E*TRADE, where he was a driving force behind the rebuilding of the firm, following a difficult period after the financial crisis.
