And John, welcome. John is the CEO of Kezar. And Kezar really had, I would say, a pretty remarkable year, right, with all the progress you've made in lupus nephritis. And I think it's really great not only for you guys but also for patients.
And I guess just to start off and frame our conversation, can you just give us a brief overview into Kezar for those who may not be familiar?
