Hi, good afternoon, everyone. Thanks for joining our meeting. I hope everyone had a good lunch. My name is Vincent Caintic, Equity Research Analyst at Stephens. And I'm pleased to be hosting today the Katapult team. To my right is Orlando Zayas, CEO. And to his right is Karissa Cupito, CFO; and then Bill Wright, Investor Relations.
So maybe just to start off for those who aren't as familiar with the name [with these fireside chats, we'd] like to do the introductions. And maybe if you could just kick off with an introduction of Katapult.

Okay, great. Thanks, Vincent, and thanks for having us today. So Katapult, we are a lease-to-own company that focuses on non-prime through retailers. We have relationships with Wayfair, Lenovo, where a customer can access lease-to-own via the checkout on e-commerce, very quickly online.
And then we recently announced that we won the Sears deal, which is actually pretty exciting because the Sears customers are very much lease
