Good morning. Welcome to the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for Koss Corporation. I'm Michael Koss, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Koss. I will chair today's meeting. It's my pleasure to welcome you to the meeting.
Thank you for joining us today. We're excited to be hosting our virtual meeting. We will conduct the business portion of the meeting, and you may ask questions through the portal. We may not be able to answer the questions during the meeting, but we'll do our best to address any unanswered questions via email.
In keeping with the digital approach to this year's meeting, it is now shortly after 8:00 AM Central Daylight Savings Time on October 19, and this meeting is officially called to order. I would like to introduce the other members of the Board at today's meeting, Thomas Doerr, Theodore Nixon, Steve Leveen, and William Sweasy.
