Great. So after doing a direct listing on the NASDAQ in July of last year, the business was actually on a healthy pace to generate substantial EBITDA and free cash flow. Then as we all know, in mid-March, we were hit by COVID, which meaningfully impacted the U.S. economy. So -- whereas trends were improving significantly pre-COVID. We've all kind of had to pull back.
