Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, I'm S. Douglas Hutcheson, Chairman of the Board of Directors of InterDigital, Inc. Welcome to the company's 2021 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders. We're pleased to be hosting a fully virtual annual meeting this year, which allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of shareholders.
I'd like to present to you the other nonexecutive members of the Board of Directors: Joan Gillman, John Kritzmacher, Jay Markley and Jean Rankin.
