Sure. It's great to be at least on the conference with you guys, again, virtually this time. Unfortunately, my view out the window of a very, very dull, wet. So doesn't really compare it to the usual Miami Beach scape, but we're considering putting a picture over the window to make ourselves feel a little bit better.
