You came into a marketplace business with a long history, a well-known brand, but also a business that's faced some headwinds for some time. So first, what has played out as you expected when you came into the business a year ago, what's been a positive surprise? And then on the flip side, what areas have you discovered maybe need more work than you originally contemplated?
