Great. Welcome, everyone, to Arcimoto's -- I think this is our third attempt to hold the Annual Shareholder Meeting. I'm going to call the meeting to order at this time. And unfortunately, we still do not have a quorum. We have 47.45% of the shares voted. We are approximately 979,000 shares short. So we're very close. That's an improvement from, I believe, 2 weeks ago, we were at 35% voting. So we are going to, at this time, adjourn the meeting again for another 2 weeks. And in an attempt to gather those final 979,000 shares.
So with that said, I'm going to call the meeting adjourned. And now that the formal meeting has ended, I'd like to call out to investors to please -- that if you haven't voted yet, please vote as soon as possible. You can e-mail us at [email protected] -- or [email protected]. And we also have an 800 number that you can call to vote your shares, or you can contact your broker to get your instructions on voting your shares through them.
