Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Full House Resorts. I'm Brad Tirpak, Chairman of the Board. At this time, the Full House Resorts Annual Meeting of Stockholders will come to order.

Before attending to the formal business at hand, I want to take this opportunity to introduce to you our current Board of Directors who are all present on the phone today.
