On today's ballot, we will be voting for 3 directors. These directors have diverse backgrounds, provide great leadership and have been instrumental in Euronet's success. Dr. Olechowski is from Poland and previously served as the Finance Minister of that country. He brings extensive financial and international experience to our Board. Mr. Scocimara brings significant finance, international business and entrepreneurial experience having served as the President of a private investment firm he founded as well as the President and the CEO of the Hungarian American Enterprise Fund. And finally, Mark Callegari is a proven entrepreneur with valuable insight and experience developing industry-leading technology
