Good day, and welcome to the Citi Trends 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

I will now turn the meeting over to Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Peter Sachse.

I am Peter Sachse, Executive Chairman of the Board. I will be presiding
