Okay. Good morning, everyone. I'm Joe Hete, the Chairman of the Board of the Directors of Air Transport Services Group. On behalf of the Board of Directors, the officers of ATSG and its subsidiaries, it's my pleasure to welcome you and to express our appreciation to you for attending this virtual meeting. It is now 11 a.m. Eastern Time, and in accordance with the notice of the meeting, I call to order our 18th Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
This annual meeting is being held on a virtual-only basis in response to public health and safety concerns related to the novel coronavirus and in order to facilitate participation by the largest number of stockholders possible. We held our first virtual shareholder meeting last year and appreciate that it saves time and travel expense for our stockholders compared to a physical meeting.
