Thank you. Good morning, everyone. I'm Randy Rademacher, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Air Transport Services Group. On behalf of the Board and the officers of ATSG and its subsidiaries, it's my pleasure to welcome you and to express our appreciation to you for attending our first virtual shareholder meeting. It is now 11:00 Eastern Time, and in accordance with the notice of the meeting, I will call to order the 17th Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
