Maybe just to kick it off, I guess, for people little bit less familiar with the story, give you just kind of a quick overview of Astronics and what you guys do.

Sure. So Astronics is a -- I guess, a small-cap aerospace systems supplier. We expect revenue this year somewhere in the neighborhood of $640 million to $680 million. Pre-pandemic, we were closer to $800 million, but we were 70% concentrated on commercial transport aircraft. So we had a big hit compared to many companies in the industry. So we went from about $800 million down to $450 million and we've been climbing back over the last couple of years.
