Before we begin to take questions, I just want to provide a brief summary of the news we put out recently and where we are as a company. Also, I'll touch on the upcoming proxy vote, which is important. So hopefully, you saw our press release yesterday in which we detailed our long-term business plan for rebuilding value in the company. I'll summarize a few key points there and then would also highly encourage you to consult the press release for all of the detail. Fundamentally, it's no secret that Acorda has had an extremely challenging few years. Our shareholders have had an extremely challenging few years. I believe our shareholders are very frustrated.
