Thank you, and good morning, and welcome to Arbutus Biopharma Corporation's 2021 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders. I'm Bill Collier, President and CEO of Arbutus, and I'll be presiding over the meeting today. We're pleased to host today's meeting through this virtual meeting platform in order to ensure the health and welfare of our shareholders, directors and management in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
