Thank you for joining us live. This is the Bank of America U.S. Insurance Conference, our annual insurance event here in the States. We're very pleased for our next session to have Carl Hess, the CEO, of the rebranded WTW, formerly Willis Towers Watson. Carl has been with the company or its predecessor companies for 30 years. He's had a variety of roles. He ran the Investment, Risk & Reinsurance business. He was from the Towers Watson side. He was Head of Investments. He was a consultant at the retirement business. He has probably worked in every single place that you within the organization. And now he's the CEO. And we're really pleased to have him here.
