Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It is now 9:00 and time to call WestRock's 2022 annual meeting of stockholders to order. I am John Luke, Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. With me today are David Sewell, President and Chief Executive Officer; and Bob McIntosh, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
