Thank you, R.J. And good morning, everybody. So VICI Properties is about 18 months old. We were born on October 6, 2017. Our initial portfolio was made up of gaming assets that came out of Caesars Entertainment. We have today 23 properties across the U.S. We have 3 tenants or we will soon have 3 tenants.
