So Nick, I would love it if you could give the audience some background on Snap-on, the business mix between the 4 reporting segments and who the core customers are of those segments and then the overall addressable market?

Sure. So one of the things I think that people don't always think about Snap-on is we are in the auto repair business, which doesn't have much to do with the auto manufacturing business. This is one of the things that I think that people don't quite realize. I was at Ford for 10 years myself and worked under the Vice President's floor, the kind of thing -- I serve the drinks in some of the meetings, things like that. And you never saw the parts and service guy in the building. They worry about new cars, they don't worry about repair. So ours is quite a different business. And so that is essential to
