Welcome to the Snap-on Incorporated 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. We are delighted that we can all be back in person again this year, so it's great to see everybody. My name is Richard Miller. I am the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Snap-on and I will be your parliamentarian for today's meeting.
At this time, I would ask that everybody please turn off your cell phones. With that, I call the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to order, and they gave me a gavel.
