All right. Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the 43rd Annual Raymond James Institutional Investor Conference. I'm Ric Prentiss, Head of Telecom Services Research for Raymond James. It's good to be back. Wow, 2 years since we saw everybody in person, great to be back. Brendan and I were just reminiscing that 2 years ago, we actually had a Corona beer, thinking maybe it wasn't going to be that bad. And Corona turned into COVID and it took us 2 years to get back in person, but we're really glad you all are here with us today.

We're glad we're pulling it off in person. We're glad that we pulled off our Deer Valley Summit in person in January, our Park City Summit in person in August. I appreciate those that came to that as well. But we'll kick off my side of it with towers.
