Thanks, everyone, for joining us for Day 2. One of the first afternoon sessions. I'm going to be joined with the management from Raytheon. I have a series of questions that I'm going to try to loop both you in on all of these and give you the ample time to kind of address.
So let's start off kind of think about medium-term strategic priorities, and then I'll start with Chris. You discussed several near-term focus areas on the 4Q earnings call that are going to allow the company to be successful over the next few years, including capacity expansions, investing in skilled workforce, investing in the supply chain and combating inflation. I guess from there, I'll give you the opportunity to expand on those thoughts and any more details and targets you'd like to point out there.
