Okay. Good afternoon, everybody. For those of you joining us via webcast, I'm Susan Katzke. I cover the large-cap banks for Credit Suisse. This is the final session of day 1 of the conference for the bank presenters. And I would say you are all troopers for lasting this long and for agreeing to do the 4:20 slot when it's nice outside.
