All right. I think it's still morning, so good morning, everyone. Thanks very much for attending our 36th Annual Barclays CEO Energy-Power Conference. It is our absolute delight to have Mr. Scott Sheffield, CEO of Pioneer Natural Resources, with us today.
For those who aren't familiar, Pioneer is a large cap, pure-play Permian E&P, and they're running the largest program in the basin. The company also has led the charge on having a strategic cash return framework, which calls for returning up to 75% of post-dividend ree cash flow via variable dividend. In addition, Pioneer is executing buybacks to further sweeten shareholder returns. And what's also very differentiating about the company is that Pioneer targets Scope 1/2 net zero by 2050.
