Good morning, and welcome to the Annual Meeting of the stockholders Pioneer Natural Resources company. My name is Scott Sheffield. I'm the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company and will be acting as Chairman of this meeting.
I will now call the annual meeting of the stockholders to order. Tom Murphy, the Corporate Secretary, will act as Secretary of the meeting. Posted on the virtual meeting website is an agenda for this meeting and a copy of the rules of conduct. It is our intention to conduct this meeting in accordance with the agenda and the rules of conduct.
