Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Jeff Henley, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and along with my fellow directors and executive officers of Oracle, I would like to welcome you to our Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
In accordance with the notice of the meeting, I call to order the 43rd Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Oracle Corporation. For the first time, we are holding our Annual Stockholders' Meeting virtually. We made the decision to hold the meeting virtually in light of the COVID-19 outbreak for the safety and well-being of our stockholders, directors and employees and taking into account the protocols of local, state and federal governments.
