Sean Diffley -So Robert, great to see you. Obviously, it's a bit of a chaotic time in the world. I think the power of institutional journalism really comes through during times like this. So I want to turn to you first and ask you just how you're thinking about what's going on in Russia and Ukraine. Do you guys have any exposure? How do you think about the impact on the business?

Commercially, de minimis. Obviously, we have a regular human exposure in that we have 29 journalists in theater at the moment.
