I'm John Ferriola, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Nucor Corporation. And I'd like to welcome those of you who are here today as well as the Nucor teammates, stockholders and others who are listening to the live webcast of this meeting.
As Chairman of the Board, I will be chairing this meeting. I would like to call the 2019 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of Nucor Corporation to order. Rae Eagle, Nucor's General Manager and Corporate Secretary, will act as secretary of this meeting.
